The STARTER package comes with a simple website design. It does not include any dynamic modules such as Ad Rotators, Announcements, Bookings, FAQs, Photo Galleries, Site Search, Sitemap, Web Apps etc. It does however come with 100% Satisfaction Guarantee in terms of getting your selected design concept tweaked to your liking!
What is included in the STARTER package?
When you buy the STARTER package you are buying our 14 years of web design experience. You are buying the opportunity to work with award winning web designers. You are buying a quality product and peace of mind knowing that the final design will be unique to your company.
1 Initial Web Design Concept: Based on your initial input about your company and your design preferences and our own research into your market segment and target market, we will create 1 Website Design Layout for your review. We will create a home page layout and an inner page layout.
4 Rounds of Changes: You can request changes or tweaks to that particular design. We will work with you to change, revise, tweak and polish your selected design for a maximum of 4 revision rounds. Ofcourse you can request multiple changes in each revision round.
Create UNLIMITED Pages: Once we complete the home and inner page layout design, we will integrate this design into our content management system (CMS) and you can start creating any number of new pages you require. To create new pages, it is simply a matter of point and click and you do not need to pay a web designer extra.
Edit Your Pages Easily: You can edit your web pages and change the content of your web pages quites easily. With an interface similar to Microsoft Word, you can point and click to edit your content, change images and format your text with in minutes. Phone number or address changed? You do not need to get a web designer to make these changes. You can save money by managing your changes yourself!
Free Domain Registration: If you don't already have one, we will register your domain name free for the 1st year. During the first year, you can always transfer your domain to your own account with any domain registrar and become the rightful owner.
10 Email Accounts: Every business needs an email address and we give you 10 free email accounts to go with your new website. If you already have an email server with more email accounts and want to retain them, we can then simply take care of the hosting and leave the email settings alone.

- Technical Support: We will be available, via email, to take care of your website related technical issues such as downtime, uploading new content (at an additional cost), trouble shooting email or other issues.
- Life Time File Storage: Our service does not end when your logo design project is completed. We will retain your logo final files on our backup servers for the life time of our company and if you ever lose your logo final files, one single email to our support department will get your files back on the same day.
- Online Studio Floor: All our design process is conducted on our online studio floor which is a sophisticated project management software portal on our website. Once you login, you can view your project details, the work in progress and previous design rounds. You can ask your designer questions, you can request changes, upload mock sketches and share your design progress with friends or associates to get their opinion.
Our Iron-clad Refund Policy
We work very hard to ensure we create the right kind of web designs for our clients. However, since design is a subjective service and since it is possible that a client may not like the designs we come up (which rarely happens), we try to mitigate the risk to our client by offering a refund policy.
Once we show you the initial web design layout, if you are not happy with it and do not want to continue the project, you can request cancellation of the project. We will promptly refund your amount MINUS 25% service fee that goes the time and effort put into project till that time. To ensure our generosity is not abused, we will register and retain the copyrights to the designs we have created.

Your card will be charged £350 + VAT and after the order is completed, you will be taken to our web design questionnaire. Once you complete and submit the questionnaire, a lead designer will be assigned to your project and he/she will then create your account on our online studio floor (with in 24hours) and email you with your login details.
We will then begin our design work and will get back to you in 4-5 business days with the initial web design layout which will be presented on the online studio floor for your review.
Your monthly hosting fees of £7 will be charged before the site goes live. (If you pay the anual fees upfront, you can avail a 10% discount on the hosting fees.)
