Our Iron-clad Refund Policy

However, since design is a subjective service and since it is possible that a client may not like the designs we come up (which rarely happens), we try to mitigate the risk to our client by offering a refund policy.
Once we show you the initial web design layout, if you are not happy with it and do not want to continue the project, you can request cancellation of the project. We will promptly refund your amount MINUS 25% service fee that goes the time and effort put into project till that time. To ensure our generosity is not abused, we will register and retain the copyrights to the designs we have created.

Once you complete and submit the questionnaire, a lead designer will be assigned to your project and he/she will then create your account on our online studio floor (with in 24hours) and email you with your login details.
We will then begin our design work and will get back to you in 4-5 business days with the initial web design layout which will be presented on the online studio floor for your review.
Your monthly hosting fees of £13 will be charged before the site goes live. (If you pay the anual fees upfront, you can avail a 10% discount on the hosting fees.)
